Franck Scurti a ici tiré un chewing-gum de sa bouche à l'espace, puis a fixé la sculpture obtenue sous une lamelle de plexiglas. Il a alors noté au dessus les secondes qui ont été nécessaires à cette expérience (0-1-0), ramenant la notion temporelle sur un champs sculptural et visuel

A piece of chewing gum is stretched from the mouth into space. The length of gum obtained in this way is fixed beneath a sliver of Plexiglas. The seconds that elapsed during this experience are noted down. This act is repeated three times, reducing each length produced to the same lapse of time announced in the title (one and half seconds).
